(Background: A university in Osaka decided to
use the theme ‘Come On the Hero’ for their school festival.
The theme was printed on everything related to the
festival including these jackets worn by all the staff.)

Bring on the hero (inside you, to the scene)? “Star” would fit better than “hero” in this case…
