    It isn’t that funny. A Horsebean is another term for a broad bean:
    noun
    1 a large edible flat green bean that is typically eaten without the pod. Also called fava bean , horsebean .
    2 the plant that yields these beans, often cultivated in gardens. • Vicia faba, family Leguminosae.

    Horsebean: Your comment still doesn’t explain the strange taste. I’m with Nick – I think these beens have been pre-digested and recycled through the old chongdoing!
