It is a dish name from Chinese cuisine, and it actually IS Saliva Chicken (or Salivasry Chichen).

You still call it “saliva chicke” in Chinese. There are no translation errors. Do it does not taste like saliva. Its actually one of the most spiciest chicken I have ever eaten. Yup! I ate saliva chicken! =D
