Is this really Engrish? It isn’t a mistranslation; the original product was labeled in English, so no translation should have been necessary. It looks almost like someone trying to protect themselves against a trademark suit: “No, we didn’t make counterfeit Johnnie Walker Red Label; our product is clearly marked Johnnie WORKER Red LABIAL.” That wouldn’t fly in the US, since the laws there prohibit not only exact copies but also names that are similar enough to possibly cause confusion, but it might be sufficient in other places where trademark protection isn’t as strong.
