I wasn’t so sure about the pig’s large intestine, but it’s fried, and frying makes *everything* taste fantastic.

Pigs intestines, it is what it says. The Chinese eat pig’s intestines, cooked of course, and in soup. One man’s meat is another man’s poison.

Maybe by “cool” they mean snooty and aloof. This food thinks it’s better than everyone else and if it had a nose it would turn it up at you as you ate it.
