As far as I can make it, the sign in Japanese says something along the lines of “The ponies are known to bite. Danger: please do not insert your hands.”.
So I guess this would mean “Do not feed your hand to the pony.”
i’m amused they translated the three lines of Japanese into 5 words in English.
