    FYI – Fried Bee Hun – Fried Vermicelli / Fried Rice Noodles.
    Fried Kuey Tiao – stir-fried flat rice noodles with dark soy sauce, some eggs, prawns, cockles, fish-cakes and others.

    I’m not a fan of Hua Dan Ho (Wat dan hor in Cantonese) so I seldom eat them and I do not know much of the contents inside. It’s mainly rice noodles and some egg sauce inside. :D

    hua dan ho (or hua tan ho):
    hua – smooth, dan – egg, ho – type of noodle.
    (hua dan is the sauce the noodle is soaked in)

    sing fried bee hun:
    correct term should be singapore style fried vermicelli.

    bee hun is vermicelli. “bee hun” is the pronunciation of 米粉 in the hokkien dialect.

    kuey tiao is another type of noodle, the one used in ‘hua dan ho’
