You can eat, or you can not eat.
It really doesn’t matter to us.
We’re gonna charge you anyway once you’re in the door.

A’ shall answer it. Some pigeons, Davy, a couple of short-legged hens, a joint of mutton, and any pretty little tiny kickshaws, tell William cook.

Now if you folks want to check out a REAL “snack palace”, see the following:

http://www.taquitos.net/

These folks have evaluated snacks from all over the world, it seems!

I enjoy nostalgia and all, but If the prices are as old-fashioned as the snacks it’ll soon become the Old Town Snack Optional Poorhouse. 🙂

We actually prefer if you don’t eat any snacks here. No food crumbs for us to have to clean up.

@Pete | 10:57 am: Thanks for posting that! I had no idea it existed. They even have a list of the worst snacks; I could be tempted to try the seaweed potato chips, though.
I miss Cowboy Bark; haven’t had it since I was in California over 2 years ago.

@DnT 1:28,

I found that Taquitos website a number of years ago completely by accident while web-searching for something else. I got so intrigued by the sheer range of snack foods they evaluated from so many different countries, I quickly concluded that I should only consume its contents in small bites at a time (hehe) or I would wind up wasting hours that should have been devoted to my other usual daily tasks!

Enjoy!

“This girl’s a fool, she broke the rule, she stole his snacks . . . this time you will break down . . .”

The old optional palace I remember only too well.
