NEAT stands for National English Ability Test. And don’t worry about it. The author of this book didn’t either when they failed. 🙂

Any good speaker knows that a “u” follows a “q”…or that’s what it looks like to me… “Enqulish”. As in, “I have no Enqulish what you’re talking about.”
