Interestingly, there is actually something called PIG CHILD (pulmonary interstitial glycogenosis [PIG] in children’s interstitial lung disease [CHILD]. I’m not sure the sufferers are very happy, though.

Which is cause by breathing in the silica in volcanic dust.

I would imagine, that if one were suffering from it, one would not have the breath to pronounce it.

Although it is strange how Glycogen builds up in the instertities i the lungs, stopping oxygen getting into the bloodstream. BTW, Glycogen in the form of Glucose which powers many parts of our bodies. Muscle Glycogen is the form I studied, related to weightlifting. Weightlifting works on the ATP system. = Adenosine triphosphate. Which is of particular interest to weightlifting coaches or any sports-medicine research into my sport. That meant that my resting heart rate, about 55 BPM. could work at just over 300% of normal for 10 minutes. (three times normal).

Remember weightlifters are sprinters, no endurance athletes.
